By making a purchase from NovaSculpt, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Please carefully review this document, as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. **When purchasing on the NovaSculpt website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, as well as the return and warranty policy.



3. Return Policy



3.1 USA Orders – 30-Day Return Policy
- NovaSculpt offers a 30-day return policy, effective from the date of purchase.
- To request a return, customers must contact customer support to obtain a return authorization number. Return shipping costs and restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and all accessories.

3.2 Canada Orders 
- Due to the nature of international shipping, Canadian returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Please contact customer support immediately to resolve any issues.

3.3 Other International Orders 
- International customers should note that returns are not accepted outside of specific damage or defect claims. All international sales are final.
- Please contact customer support immediately if there are any issues with the products.
- International customers are advised that products purchased from NovaSculpt will be shipped with a USA plug adapter. A separate adapter will be required for the products to work correctly.

3.5 Return Conditions 
- Returns made outside of the 30-day period or without prior authorization will not be accepted, and additional fees may apply.



4. Warranty



4.1 Manufacturer's Warranty 
- Each product is backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, valid from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

4.2 Warranty Claims
- To make a warranty claim, customers must promptly contact customer support for assistance and next steps.

4.3 Exclusions 
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from unauthorized use or modifications.

5.2 Professional Guidance

9. Chargebacks
9.1 Chargeback Policy
- If a chargeback is initiated, the product must be returned within 7 days of the chargeback notice to avoid further actions. A $20 chargeback fee is applicable and must be paid.
- If the product is not returned within the 7-day period, NovaSculpt will continue to pursue action with the customer's bank to resolve the issue. Additional fees may apply for chargebacks initiated without valid cause.

9.2 Dispute Resolution 
- For any concerns regarding chargebacks or disputes, customers should contact NovaSculpt’s customer service team immediately to resolve the issue directly.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
