Return Policy:

The return policy for all devices and machines allows for a 30-day period for refunds. All gels are final sale.

Warranty Information:

All devices come with a 1-year warranty, covering machine technicalities, workmanship, and defects in materials. If you are approved for warranty coverage, we will have you return the defective machine and ship you a new one free of charge.

International Sales Policy:

All sales are final for international customers.

International sales do not include free shipping, even for orders over $250. However, we offer 75% off international shipping for orders over $250. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Electrical Compatibility:

Our machines are designed for use with USA Type A and Type B plugs. Adapters are not included and must be purchased separately to ensure compatibility with local electrical outlets in international regions.
