The return policy for Novasculpt Pro allows for refunds within a 30-day period. Additionally, the product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For more detailed information on our return policy and warranty coverage, please click here.

• All Sales Are Final: For customers in Canada and the UK, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
• Warranty Information: The NovaSculpt Pro and NovaBelt come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not include returns or exchanges.
• Plug Adapter: The products are designed for use with Type A electrical outlets (120V). A plug adapter for use in the UK (which operates on Type G outlets at 230V) is not included and must be purchased separately.
• Shipping Costs: International sales to Canada and the UK do not include free shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. *Duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees may be required and are the responsibility of the customer to pay separately after purchase.
